Tom Schelo

Tom Schelo studied Mechanical Engineering at Technical University of Munich (TUM) and Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and continued his research working as a Junior Research Assistant at TUM CREATE in Singapore focusing on electric vehicle fleets and charging infrastructure.

After his time at TUM CREATE and prior to joining the CDTM Management Team, Tom worked as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte Digital Ventures where he helped build a novel business model for a global player form the insurance industry.

Tom joined the CDTM management team in 2017. His research deals with designing financial incentives with the help of local markets for residential energy grids at the chair for Renewable and Sustainable Energy Systems at TUM.
