Luka Sinček

Luka is a co-founder of Juicy Marbles. A microbiologist by education, Luka has been tinkering with flavours since high school. He developed new ways of using precision fermentation to get from a odourless protein powder to hyper-realistic beef flavours, and is the co-innovator behind the Juicy Marbles texturization technology. Prior to Juicy Marbles he has successfully launched a CPG product in retail.
