Jim Laird

Jim is the CEO of ENOUGH, a food ingredient company supplying ABUNDA® mycoprotein. Enough’s goal is to grow 1 million tonnes of product in the next decade, which requires collaboration across all parts of the value chain.
Jim has worked in the food industry for 30 years, running frozen beef and chicken factories for Unilever in the 90’s, managing the Quorn brand internationally in the noughties and including roles in strategy, M&A and briefly looking at the human microbiome.
Jim co-founded Enough in 2015 and the company now has a team of 70 operates from a first manufacturing facility in the Netherlands and head office functions based in the UK.
