Isabella Hermann

Isabella Hermann is an analyst in the field of science-fiction and future narratives. Holding a PhD in political science, she explores the question of how science fiction reflects new technologies, socio-political value systems and global politics - and above all, how we can shape positive futures in dystopian times. Most recently, she steered a working group on AI and Human Responsibility at the Berlin-Brandenburg Academy of Sciences and Humanities (2018-2021) and acted as programme director of the Present Futures Forum at the Technical University Berlin (2021). She acts currently also as board member of Stiftung Zukunft Berlin.
